What is a interference?

Interference cuts the line between two enemy pieces that defend each other, usually by planting a piece on the intersection square. Both severed halves then hang at once.

How to spot it

Map which enemy pieces rely on a shared rank, file or diagonal for defense. A sacrifice on the crossing point breaks the connection and wins material by force.

What this set trains

These are subtle puzzles that reward geometric thinking — seeing defensive lines as wires you can cut.
